In order to return a product you will have notify us within seven working days in writing and you will be responsible for getting the goods back to us. Exclusions to returns apply to products that once opened or used violate regulations such as health and safety. Such items include, anything that goes in your mouth, ears or nose and software that has been opened.
On very few occasions products can be damaged during delivery. We will replace or repair any items that are damaged this way, as long as we are notified within two working days.
We will always seek the best route to making sure the product you bought is perfect for you, so we will strive to correct any faults before exchanging or totally refunding.
